Toronto’s Henderson Brewing Company jumped into July with the latest from their monthly Ides series, a Hopfenweisse called Radicle, named for the first part of a seedling to emerge from a seed. Hopfenweisse is a true hybrid style, and not one that is prominently brewed, at least in my experience.
