For our second Melbourne podcast this trip, we headed into Collingwood, one of the most poppin' neighbourhoods in the city, to connect with Mirek Aldridge of The Mill Brewery. Cee and Mirek connected via Instagram over a mutual love of all things hazy, so they finally got to crush a few of The Mill's fantastic brews - including I Can't Believe It's Not Juice, their phenomenal NEIPA - and chat about the Aussie scene.
