#33 Hoppy Soirée with Alexandre (Bastien Hops), Sébastien and Arnaud (HELM)

Neighbourhood breweries are all the rage, and there's no bar more attuned to their 'hood than Mile End's HELM. We swung by for a long, hilarious chat during their Soiréee Hoppy event, celebrating two new beers brewed in collaboration with local hop farmer Alexandre Bastien of Houblon Bastien, who joined us alongside Head Brewer and Owner Sébastien Brisson and brewer Arnaud Geoffrey.
