For our final podcast of the Australia trip, we ventured out to Croydon, about 30km east of Melbourne to visit Head Brewer Brendan Guild (aka Brendo) at The Public Brewery. And it's not your standard brewery - they offer a super popular 'make your own' experience to punters, along with their fantastic restaurant and extensive tap and bottle list. We had a great yarn about their humble beginnings, the Aussie craft beer industry and home brewing.
