It's been almost three years between beers with Troy from Labrosse, so we scooped up our resident Lead Blogger and Co-Host Nathan and did it up! Troy talked through all the changes Labrosse has made over the past few years, including their branding and their brews, how the scene has evolved, the value of travelling and visiting other breweries, what exactly a Cold IPA is, and how sneaker fans are similar to craft beer fans. We crushed their Helles Ya! Helles Lager, Iceberg Cold IPA and Oat Couture Oat Cream IPA. This was a great one, get it in ya!
