CEO Adam Rondeau and Head Brewer Ryan Dhillon joined Cee and Nathan for a genuinely dope conversation, touching on why they specialize in sours, teaching the locals about craft beer, their impeccably vibrant branding and their taproom, why they decided to introduce a flagship beer, Ryan's obsession with brewing the perfect carrot beer, their packaging choice of bottles over cans, and a whole lot more. They got into three fascinating beers - Friend, a sour beer and cider hybrid (with plums); Crunchy Grooves, a carrot, ginger and spruce tip ale; and Coffee Is For Closers coffee milk stout with beans from Hale.
