Spring is here, so that means Link Up's Series 3 has launched! We're kicking things off with the first brewery from Quebec City to participate in Link Up, BG Brasserie Generale! Co-Owner and Head Brewer Max Bergeron sat down with Tiff and Cee to crush their fire Link Up offering, a 7.7% sour ale with blackberries, blueberries, marshmallow and lactose, while they chatted about the challenges of diversity in Quebec, how they can better reach a diverse clientele and his advice to other breweries who may be considering doing Link Up. We're back with a brand new season of BAOS Podcast, and this one is something very special and very close to us.
